WHAT IS VAPOUR BLASTING?
It is a cleaning process using water, Glass bead medium is forced on to the work by compressed air, carried out in an enclosed cabinet leaving the item close to it's new appearance when the process is complete.
 

Vapour blasting is suitable for aluminium, Bronze and most non ferrous metal leaving the surface with a perfectly clean satin finish.

The Vapour Blasting system is not recommended for steel as rust will form quickly on cleaned parts, It is also wise to remove bearings, Valves, etc. Parts should be clean when we receive them but we can remove lacquered or painted finish prior to Vapour Blasting at an extra cost.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure no glass bead remains we do advise you re-wash parts before assembly so that damage is not caused to working parts.
